WHAT DO YOU DO?
I'm a Virtual Assistant and Pinterest Manager for BIWOC & LGBTQ+ BIPOC creatives. I help business owners with a variety of tasks so they can free up their workload and focus on their craft.
WHAT'S your PROCESS LIKE?
First, read through my services & FAQ, then apply to work together through the application below. If we're a good fit, we'll hop on a discovery call to learn more about each other. Afterwards, you'll be sent a custom proposal, contract, and invoice. Invoices are due in full, up front. Once you book, we'll have a separate kickoff call to discuss our game plan. Then, the fun begins! Monthly retainers are billed on the 1st of each month after the first month.
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
It all depends on what you need help with! Monthly retainers are typically service-based — we create a custom monthly package for you based on your needs and you're billed on the 1st of each month. One-off tasks are billed hourly at $60/hour.
HOW WILL WE COMMUNICATE?
We'll communicate through Slack. My office hours are Monday-Friday, 11am-5pm EST. We'll have a Notion dashboard where I'll keep track of all my tasks.
IS THERE A MONTHLY MINIMUM?
I totally understand that as a freelancer you may have busy months and not-so-busy months, therefore there is no monthly minimum. For creatives who find themselves too busy to truly focus on their craft and goals, I recommend a monthly retainer so you can free up your schedule.
